Shipping & Returns

Regardless of the time constraints involved (as listed below) when doing the shipping or taking care of returns please know that we always work toward getting things done as fast and hassle free as possible because you are very important to us

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia (except NT & Tasmania, Please e-mail for quote to sales@toiletpaper.com.au) as long it is a physical address and not a post office box. We use couriers for this service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped due to weight or flammability.

Local orders please allow 3 days for delivery, and other metro areas 5 days and outside that will be 7 days. Saying that our team works very hard to send your order out straight away, however, we are reliant on courier drivers and outside forces. Our clients find 90% of orders are received within 24-48 hours

Important. Please make sure that if you would like us to leave your shipment at your home address when you are not there that in  additional information you let us know it is ok and where you would like us to leave it. If you do not leave instructions to the driver a note with contact details will be left. Should you not respond to this, the driver will return the goods to our office, and you will be charged a delivery and restocking fee.

Fixed Rates
Consider how much anything costs to deliver and what most people charge, we deliver your order no matter how big or small or how bulky it is ( and it is bulky) for $9.95 Sydney and $9.95 interstate.

Commercial clients only
For those of you who did not know, we accept cheques, credit cards and EFTs . Credit cards through the internet or fax. Cheques and EFT through the fax or email. We do have a commercial fax order form which we can send you, or use your own letter head. Details at time of checkout.

Phone Orders
These prices are internet prices and may differ from phone orders, as each has a different manager. Please also note we do not have control of the delivery drivers, as they are independent and should they run late, it is beyond our control. However, they try their outmost to deliver on time as it is in their interest. Please do not leave ordering to the last minute. Don't wait till your last roll of toilet paper before you call.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 4 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
