FIXED RATES - Consider how much anything costs to deliver and what most people charge, we deliver your order no matter how big or small or how bulky it is ( and it is bulky) for $10.00 Sydney and $25.00 interstate.

Commercial clients only.   For those of you who did not know, we accept cheques, credit cards and EFTs . Credit cards through the internet or fax. Cheques and EFT through the fax or email. We do have a commercial fax order form which we can send you, or use your own letter head.fax 02 9311 4243.  Prices and specials maybe different. Internet ordering is the easiest for us, and you do not have to see any scary sales rep faces (that was a joke).

We deliver to Sydney, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle,Wollongong, Far South Coast ,Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane. See our delivery areas or better still place your suburb into the search button at the top of the page.  Make sure your area is in the correct state when it comes up e.g there is Mulgrave Vic and Mulgrave NSW. Local orders please allow 3 days for delivery, and other areas 5 days. Saying that our team works very hard to send your order out straight away, however we are reliant on courier drivers and outside forces.

Order online with M/c, B/c and Visa and we will  deliver to your front door. Important . Please make sure that if you would like us to leave it at home when you are not there, that in  Additional information you let us know it is ok and where you would like us to leave it. If you do not leave instructions to leave it or not to leave it, and the driver comes to deliver, he will leave a note, and phone number to call him on. Should you not respond to this, the driver will be forced to return the goods to us and our office, and you will be charged a delivery fee and a restocking fee of $30.00 per parcel.  Also to make it easier for the driver leave any directions to help him find you. He can not ring on approach - remember he is just a delivery driver.  We want the shopping experience to be easy so help us make it easier for you. Also if the order is not accepted and was  correct and you return it for whatever other reason you can think of, there will be a $30 charge per parcel return fee.

*These prices are internet prices and may differ to the warehouse or phone orders, as each has a different manager. Please also note we do not have control of the delivery drivers, as they are independent and should they run late, it is beyond our control. However, they try their outmost to deliver on time as it is in their interest. Please do not leave ordering to the last minute- as everyone likes to do. Don't wait till your last roll of toilet paper before you call.
