My pet hate and I know this is a bigger issue as some hospitals and other places take away the cover of the toilet seat. The germs which come out of the toilet when you flush can you imagine. Over you, you're clothes and in the air. Talk about hygiene and washing your hands. This seems to be disregarded but is something you should make sure you do at home and where ever you can.
